Tasting Note: 100% Cullen Vineyard. 67% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Semillon, harvested 24th February Moon Opposite Saturn Flower day, 27th February Full Moon Fruit day & 2nd March Flower Day, aged 5 months in 72% new oak. Pale straw colour with green tinges. Citrus, kaffir lime, vanilla and curry leaf on the nose. Vibrant acidity on the palate, minerality, and texture, framing citrus, curry leaf, melon, cumin and vanilla flavours. A lively and young wine, with persistent flavour and texture. Pair with kingfish ceviche, abalone and asparagus, drink up to 15 years.
